We are happy to share another historical Moody picture from many years ago. Today, we share a picture from Moody’s water well drilling efforts from the late 1960’s during the development of Moraine State Park in Butler County. Moody drilled numerous test and production wells for water supply development throughout the park boundaries throughout the 1960’s. During our August 2023 company outing at Moraine State Park, Moody employees were given a little history lesson from retired Pennsylvania Geologic Survey geologist, Gary Fleeger, on the drilling and exploration efforts that took place.
