This morning, the Washington County Chamber of Commerce held their August Breakfast Briefing at the new North Franklin Township municipal center to hear about the Franklin Crossroad Park project, which is the renovation and redevelopment of the former Washington Crown Center property. Chris Salata and Keith Brandt from PREP Funds and Rich Gasperini from Genfor Real Estate presented on the current and future plans regarding the benefits of this significant redevelopment project for Washington County. Jim Lyle and Jeff Walentosky from Moody were in attendance at the breakfast briefing.
