On Friday, August 18th, Moody held our 5th annual company picnic at Moraine State Park in Butler County, PA. The last 3 years have been “hybrid” outings out of an abundance of caution due to the pandemic, where the company utilized the virtual resources for part of the picnic. It was fantastic to see a majority of Moody employees together in one location to promote teamwork and Moody’s 5 Core Values – Conscious, Commitment, Communication, Collaboration and Celebration. The celebration piece was on full display as we enjoyed the day together and success of individuals and Moody’s 132 years in business.
While the weather was a bit chilly for mid-August, the rain held off and we had an enjoyable day of awards, presentations, discussion, recognition, fun trivia, activities and great food. Our thanks to all of our employees, especially our Superstar Award winners for each office (voted on by the employees), Safety Award winners for each office and the President’s Award winner. We look forward to the 6th annual company picnic next year at another new location for Moody to celebrate with our valuable employees!
