Last night, the Mon Valley Alliance announced the launch of the Mon Valley Business Alliance during a fun happy hour engagement at their home in Monongahela, PA. The MVBA was created as business network for relationship building and to support economic development in the Mid-Mon Valley. The packed house heard from Tanya Chaney, who is MVBA’s Director of Business and Community Engagement, regarding the vision and purpose of the newly formed organization. Jim Lyle and Jeff Walentosky (Mon Valley Alliance Board Member) joined the audience to hear about the planning for this important venture for the Mon Valley.
