On April 29th and 30th, Moody gathered the management team from our four offices at the Penn Stater Hotel & Conference Center in State College, PA to conduct our annual manager training. Not only did the management group gather for training, but for some fun, camaraderie, some new headshots of the management team and to compare notes and observations with each other. We were fortunate to have Doug Kramer, SPHR from the Manufacturer & Business Association (MBA) to once again lead our training sessions. Our thanks to Doug for the continued insight and engagement with our team over the past two days. Also, our thanks go out to Stacey Ligouri (our HR Generalist), who put a ton of time and effort into organizing this very valuable event for our managers and company.
