The Washington County Chamber of Commerce welcomed their members to the Pennsylvania Trolley Museum, which is located in Chartiers Township. This very modern update to the museum makes it a definite destination within Washington County. Jeff Kotula welcomed Carrie Fischer Lepore, Deputy Secretary with the Department of Community and Economic Development, Office of Tourism to offer some remarks to the large crowd.
In addition, Scott Becker, Executive Director and CEO and Ed Morascyzk, Board Member for the PA Trolley Museum each offered a history lesson to the attendees regarding the transformation of the museum and trolleys in southwest Pennsylvania. Lastly, Steve McCarron presented on behalf of Dollar Bank, a generous donation to offer further financial support to the museum. Moody highly recommends a visit to a beautiful new facility with a lot of history to offer up to attendees.
