It was a great discussion yesterday morning, as Jim Lyle from Moody joined NAIOP Pittsburgh for their final Chapter Breakfast of 2024 at the Rivers Club. The topic was “Creative Solutions for Downtown Growth.” The panel talked about several initiatives that have taken place or will be taking place that will ultimately benefit the region. Creative solutions that will bring the employees back to the office, residents to the downtown region and cultural/tourism activities for the city and region. The discussion was moderated by Andrew Miller, Senior Vice President Advisory & Transaction Services Group for CBRE. Panelists included Jerad Bachar, Chief Executive Officer of VisitPittsburgh; Kendra Whitlock-Ingram, President and CEO of the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust and Eric Booth, President of Desmone Architects.
