Yesterday, Jim Lyle from Moody joined NAIOP Pittsburgh as they held its last chapter meeting of 2025 with a luncheon at the Rivers Club in downtown Pittsburgh. Topic for the day was a great one – Special Legislative Update on Harrisburg’s Evolving Energy Policies. Speakers included Amy Brinton, Government Affairs Director at the PA Chamber and Benjamin Bush, VP Public Affairs, Allegheny Conference on Community Development. Jeff Burd, Owner of the Tall Timber Group acted as the session moderator. Our thanks to Tom Frank and his staff at NAIOP Pittsburgh for putting together a great series of sessions during 2025. We look forward to Moody’s continued involvement with NAIOP Pittsburgh in 2026!
