Moody employees always enjoy having our long-time friend and mentor Burt Waite, PG in our doors for a lunchtime presentation. The Meadville office hosted Burt, where we broadcasted his hour-long presentation on “The Groundwater Occurrence and Movement in the Appalachian Plateau Province” out to the other offices.
With Burt being in our doors for the first time in a while, this gave us an opportunity to finally honor Burt for his 40+ years of service with the company. Burt was presented a plaque and Tissot watch by Mark Miller and Jeff Walentosky, where they provided a few remarks about this kind gentleman. Burt hired Mark in November 1989 and Jeff in August 1990 as entry level geologists. Our thanks to Burt for his many years of service, mentorship and friendship to all here at Moody!!
