It was great to catch up with friends and colleagues at the Shale Insight 2019 conference last week at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center in Pittsburgh. With President Donald Trump giving an inspiring speech to several thousand attendees, this certainly caught most of the headlines. However, there was some very insightful discussions throughout the entire conference, which included a fireside chat with EQT CEO Toby Rice, all the way to conference closing, hearing an insightful presentation from Dr. Scott Tinker, who is the Director of the Bureau of Economic Geology from the State of Texas and professor at the University of Texas. It was an enjoyable 3 days in Pittsburgh. Our congratulations goes out to our friends at the Marcellus Shale Coalition (MSC), who put together another quality Shale Insight conference.
