Once again, Moody is extremely fortunate to be adding great talent and experience to our staff at all of our offices. John Quinlisk, P.E. recently joined Moody as a Senior Engineering Manager to provide water, wastewater and environmental engineering expertise to our clients throughout the region. John will be based out of our Washington office and brings over 40 years of experience as a licensed engineer for various private and public entities.
