Moody President Jeff Walentosky offered up some brief comments and introduced this morning’s speaker. The Washington County Chamber was fortunate to have Harold Rinehart – Vice President of Operations for Gathering and Processing for the East Region for MPLX as this morning’s presenter. Harold offered his insights during this morning’s presentation and provided a perspective from a midstream operator in Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia.
