We have some sad news to pass on to friends of Moody to start the New Year. Bill Wright, who retired from Moody as a Vice President in 2016 and was the Branch Manager for our Washington, PA office, passed away unexpectedly in South Carolina on January 1, 2022.
For those that were lucky enough to know and work with Bill, he was a kind soul and an even better mentor to many young geologists and scientists. Bill had a passion for his work and a bigger passion in being involved in field work and fully explaining his thoughts on the mechanics of a project or an objective. We will miss Bill, along with the good conversations and wisdom that he provided to us during his time at Moody.
