At Moody, we use numerical and analytical computer models to evaluate the fate and transport of contaminants in
the environment. Modeling contributes to the prediction of contamination movement in the subsurface, enabling us
to accurately select monitoring well locations for characterization and the proper placement of remediation systems.
Modeling has reduced significant costs for our clients in remediation efforts, so it has become an integral part of
our environmental consulting services. We have also demonstrated to the satisfaction of regulatory agencies that remediation at sites was not required based on the stability of the contamination plume.
