Job Hazard Analysis/Tailgate Safety Meetings
Every employee working in the field participates in a Job Hazard Analysis review and Tailgate Safety Meeting for every task, every day.

Managerial Site Safety Visits
Our managers perform formal field safety audits and provide constructive corrective action direction to staff on an ongoing basis.

Safety Committee
We conduct staff-level safety committee meetings at branch offices to provide recommendations to management.

Stop Work Authority
The Stop Work Authority process involves a stop, notify, correct and resume approach for the resolution of perceived unsafe conditions.
